Pick Yourself Up and Keep Moving Forward...

Just a little something to keep you inspired and remind you of WHY you do what you do and WHY you should put your all into aspiring to reach each and every goal.   Never lose hope.  Never accept defeat.  Never give up.

I am going to be 46 soon and I've discovered that I have never felt SO ready to set new goals AND accomplish them.  No matter how BIG they might seem, I'm ready.    It's just the beginning really.

So go and be inspired.  If you fall, get back up.  Work even harder.
Have a great Wednesday...

*Special thanks to WYDNK for this ONE of a kind video.  You rock!

  14. That video was crazy. Not what I was expecting. At all. Wow.

46, you are such a kid. Don't forget to respect your elders. Like me.

I think I know what you goal is for Boston. And no, B.S. did not tell me.

  15. Loved the video!

I'm 43 next month and I've never been in such a great shape as I've been in the past 2 years when I picked up running again. The only regret I have is that I didn't start sooner.

Funny: I was reading the new issue of RW about Boston. So I said to R. that almost every (marathon) runner has one dream: BQ. I said "BQ or die".

He said to me: "What? Barbeque or die?" I guess you know by now who's the runner in our family :)

  17. I'm with Fran. I'll be 45 this year & am in the best physical condition of my life... same regret, that I didn't start sooner! I'm not sure that I want to BQ or anything, but I know I want to improve I just like running. They way I experience it, not necessarily my performance outcome.

New goals are awesome, regarding physical challenge or anything really! Can't wait to hear where you are headed :-) Go girl!

  18. Wow, love that video, too. I mean, she freakin' passes them like they are standing still. Makes it look so easy, tho are all trained as well as her. "It's not the training," NO KIDDING.
